Use of Products and Services

You may use any of our services, provided that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving services under U.S. laws, your jurisdiction of residence. You are required to provide current and accurate identification, contact information, and other details as part of the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and accuracy of your account information. You are solely responsible for all content on your account. You agree to immediately notify Simple Web Hosting of any unauthorized access or use of your account or any other breach of security. Simple Web Hosting will not be liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to provide us with accurate information or to keep your account secure.

Conditions of Use

Simple Web Hosting may cancel or suspend your access to our services at any time and for any reason without notice. Upon cancellation or suspension, your right to use the service will stop immediately. You may not have access to data that you stored on the service after we suspend or terminate the service. You are responsible for backing up your data that you use with the service. If we cancel your service in its entirety without cause, we will refund to you on a pro-rata basis the amount of your payment corresponding to the portion of your service remaining right before services were terminated.

You agree that violations listed in Acceptable Use are prohibited and may result in account suspension and/or termination without compensation.

Intentional or malicious violations will result in immediate termination.

Acceptable Use

Definitions of abuse prohibited: Resource abuse or activity, intentional or otherwise, that consumes sufficient system resources to negatively affect other clients or equipment, unsolicited communication or email based communications sent without the consent of the recipient or without a link to unsubscribe from communications, illegal content or activity of any form, or malicious content of any type including scripts, code, or other files that perform harmful action to users or equipment.

Upon first offense, the offending service will be brought offline and into a suspended state. A support ticket will be opened advising of the offence and steps needed to remediate. Once ticket is replied to with acknowledgement and understanding of steps needed, service will be reactivated.

Upon second offence, the offending service will be brought offline and into a suspended state. A $15.00 violation fine will be issued and a support ticket will be opened advising of the offence and requesting information. If it is found to be intentional or due to negligence, service will be queued for termination. A user with no balance due can request a backup of files which will be available for up to 14 days from date suspended.

Billing and Payments

Service modification cannot be performed on or past the service’s due date.

Payments are accepted by PayPal or credit/debit card. Transactions are eligible for a refund for up to 7 days.

At this time we bill on a monthly subscription basis. If you are not satisfied within your first 7 days, let us know and we’ll try to make it better or provide you with a full refund. For some special offers the money back guaranteed days may vary and will be stated.

Chargebacks and disputes against any payment will result in immediate suspension of the account and all services on the account until the dispute is removed. All services on the account may be terminated without compensation in the event of dispute or chargeback.

Service Processing

Orders are processed during business hours. Orders placed outside business hours are processed within 24 hours. Orders that remain unpaid or on Hold status with no response from client for over 24 hours will be cancelled and a refund issued on the payment if applicable.

Business Hours

Support is provided 24 hours during weekdays, Monday through Friday. Support inquiries on the weekend are typically addressed within two hours. Prompt replies are not guaranteed during the weekend.

Billing support is provided 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern GMT -5, Monday through Saturday. Prompt replies are not guaranteed during after hours or the weekend.
