I can’t send or receive email?
One of the most common reasons for email issues is incorrect DNS records. Make sure to add our nameservers and wait up to 48 hours. If using a DNS manager such as Cloudflare, you will have to manually add an A record called “mail” (depending on your DNS manager, it may have to be mail.yourwebsite.com) that points to your hosting IP which appears in your cPanel dashboard, and an MX record for “mail.yourwebsite.com.” Please wait up to 48 hours for DNS propagation.
